It’s been awhile, huh? If you’re still mad at me for walking away from your life, I presume you’d throw this letter away before reading it. But if there’s still some love left for me in your heart, then I know you will read what I have to say.

The day I walked away without saying anything, I decided not to turn back. I wish I could keep you in the dark forever. However, if you receive this letter, that means I’m no longer here. I know I am being selfish after the way I left but God help me. Jin, I’m not that strong. You need to know the truth.

One week before I left, I found out I was two months pregnant. I left, I ran away, using you as an excuse. You were just starting to rise in the show business world, and I used that to convince myself I should leave. The truth was, I was scared. I was scared and I didn’t know... I was scared that you won’t accept this baby. I was scared you would leave me.
